Box Loader

Our box loader automatically loads containers into corrugated boxes, eliminating repetitive movement injuries to your plant floor workers. Using its servo-driven head, the box loader uses a pneumatic clamp to capture containers and place them into a box neck up or neck down, depending on the configuration you set.

The HMI interface of our box loader stores several recipes for multiple bottles, arrays, and bottle configurations, making it extremely versatile.
