Roshelle Lindsay

Roshelle Lindsay was introduced to field of manufacturing through an Advanced Manufacturing course from Valencia College and soon after began her career at Custom Metal Designs Inc. Starting as a Planner in 2014, she was granted the opportunity to manage the department within two years and now serves as the Operations Manager, where her goal is to use analytics to improve efficiencies and increase customer satisfaction.

Roshelle graduated from Oakwood University with BA in Marketing and holds an MBA from Webster University.
