Ray Aguerrevere

Ray has served Custom Metal Designs since 2005. In his role, he steers and directs manufacturing operations that generate $14M in annual revenue. He is responsible for establishing operational policies and implementing process improvements to ensure superior quality and outstanding output of the material handling equipment and conveyor systems they manufacture. He directly manages eight supervisors overseeing 90+ exempt and non-exempt employees.

He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Central Florida and holds an MBA from the University of Florida, Warrington College of Business.

Ray proudly serves on the board of The Manufacturers Association of Central Florida as Treasurer, and is Vice Chair of the FloridaMakes Board of Directors. He lives in Winter Garden Florida with his wife Michelle and three daughters Natalie, Alexis, and Olivia.
