Mike Grove

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio; Michael began his career in manufacturing early on as an adolescent by shadowing his father who worked in manufacturing facilities, which gave him hands-on experience in real world applications of design within production.

Michael decided to relocate to Central Florida and began working in sheet metal fabrication. Shortly after, he started his own company with his father in the packaging and labeling industry.

Michael’s listening abilities and analytical skills have given him the ability to provide superb customer service and deliver end-results. He is a visionary leader, that thinks “outside the box”, that takes great pride in delivering quality designs.

When not at work, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys. He is an avid musician and enjoys rebuilding cars, playing chef in the kitchen and spending quality time with his family and friends.
